Rosa Luna-Molé has been a member of the Firm and its trial team since 2000. She possesses over twenty years of experience in the fields of civil litigation and criminal law. As an experienced litigator Ms. Luna-Molé concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury, as well as public sector labor law and municipal
defense. In addition, she also handles will preparation, small estates, and probate matters.

Ms. Luna-Molé brings the full extent of her legal experience to work on each case, civil and criminal alike. She has recovered highly favorable settlements for personal injury clients and has successfully defended numerous clients in all stages of criminal proceedings. She is also completely fluent in Spanish, enabling
her to read, translate and prepare documents in that language.

She received her law degree from Pace University Elizabeth Haub School of Law and is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars. She is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
